Our motivation
Once again this year, Pomerleau will be taking part in the dek hockey tournament organized in support of the Fondation Charles-Bruneau, an organization that supports research and care for children with cancer. The event will take place on May 23 at Place Jean-Béliveau in Québec City.
For this edition, the Pomerleau team will be playing in honor of Arnaud Vigneault, the son of our beloved colleague Cédric Vigneault. Arnaud was diagnosed with a cancerous Wilms tumor at just 6 months old. He faced this challenge with remarkable courage and recently had the opportunity to ring the bell on January 23, 2026, symbolizing the end of his treatments.
His journey, as well as the strength and perseverance of his parents, deeply inspire us. We wish to pay tribute to him by joining forces to support the cause that stood by his family throughout his healing process.
Our goal this year is simple: to raise funds to help provide a healthy future for children like Arnaud. Every donation, big or small, truly makes a difference. It directly contributes to research, specialized care, and support for affected families.
